Preparation Instructions
OVENBAKE: 1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°c fan forced). 2. Place frozen Fish Fillets on a lined baking tray, in the centre of the oven. 3. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until crispy & golden brown (turning halfway). AIRFRY: 1. Evenly space frozen Fish Fillets in a single layer the frying basket. 2. Cook at 200°C for approximately 6 - 7 minutes, flip Fish Fillets over and cook for a further 6 - 7 minutes. 3. Coating should be crispy & golden brown.
Usage Instructions
Do not thaw Crispy Crumbed Fish Portions, cook from frozen.
